The Report
1. Who is NaysKutzu?
He is commonly referred to by his three aliases: Nayskutzu, Cassian, Gayman. He owns mythicalsystems which he claims to be his own, by that i mean he claims that he exorcises the rights over all the domains which has "mythicalsystems" or "mythicalclient" in it, if a person registers a domain with "mythicalsystems" or "mythicalclient" in it then he can sue them and take it down. Of course that's what he claims but never succeeded in taking down a domain having "mythicalsystems" or "mythicalclient" in it.
2. What has he done?
His criminal activities encompass a wide array of offenses, including running a pirating site which he claims is enitrely legal. There are multiple instances of him mentioning that he abuses or proclaims that a certain payment gateway can be carded easily or the method to do it.
3. Negligence and Unfair Trade Practices
Nayzkutzu constantly spreads false information about his competitors, he also indulges in releasing fake benchmarks for his products while also critizing his competitors proclaiming the are slow on the basis of his fake benchmarkings. Nayzkutzu constantly recommends users of his competitors to switch to mythicalclient by showing benchmarks and critizing that his competitors have a horrible UI while his products are the ones who actually do have a horrible UI. He was warned multiple times by his competitors out of good will about his product have a SQL injection vulnerability, also a user strengthend the claim by showing that a user in his hosting got 999999999999 coins, but he dismissed this by qouting that "Idk but there are no exploits for sure".
4. Examples?
While there is an extensive list of transgressions, I have only managed to document the following:
- i. Faking a raid on his server saying that a member of HolaCorp executed it by "hacking" a staff member's account.
- ii. Running a pirating site, pylex.watch.
- iii. SQL vulnerability ignorance leading to mass host nukings.
- iv. Faking benchmarks to make his new release, mythicalclient V3 look beter.
- vi. While additional offenses exist, I have evidence to support only these claims.
My Conclusion
NayzKutzu, also known as Cassian or Gayman, has built a reputation that includes not just unethical business practices but flat-out illegal behavior. He falsely claims ownership of names that contain "mythicalsystems" or "mythicalclient" and claims legal ownership of the same without ever actually taking any legal action. Such fraud is only a portion of the whole problem, as his business is marked by a persistent pattern of dishonesty, misrepresentation, and flat-out disregard for ethics. One of his most worrisome activities is his engagement in piracy. He has been known to operate a pirating website where he hosts and distributes films illegally, all while trying to justify his actions as legal. He has also been known to engage in talks about fraudulent payment gateway exploits—looking for ways to exploit financial systems for personal gain. His commercial practices are also two-faced. He spreads false claims about his rivals, manipulates performance statistics to make his products appear better, and ignores major security loopholes in his services—sometimes leading to disastrous consequences, like widespread host disruptions. In spite of being warned about such serious vulnerabilities like SQL injection exploits, he ignored these issues, allowing malicious players to manipulate in-game economies to the disadvantage of unsuspecting players. NayzKutzu has also been charged with performing Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks on competing services in a bid to drive them out of business through brute force instead of fair competition. He also uses secondary accounts to leave false positive feedback regarding his own services while simultaneously disparaging his competitors with false facts. His fraud also extends to his own clan; he once staged a false raid on his server merely to gain sympathy and attract notice. Despite the myriad of warnings and exposure, he continues on his path of unethical and illegal behavior. While further allegations do indeed appear in the future, the evidence at hand clearly presents a disconcerting portrayal of one who is willing to deceive, defraud, and exploit others for his own gain.
